JG Websites is run by Jeremy Glavota, a sole trader based in Forrestfield, Perth WA (ABN 64 649 404 291). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through mylocalleadsnow.com.
When you fill in a form on this site we collect the details you enter, such as your name, business name, email, phone, suburb, current website and message. We also record the date and time, the page you sent it from and your IP address to help prevent spam.
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, preview, website review or review audit you asked for, and to provide services you sign up for. We don't sell, rent or share your details for marketing.
Form details are stored using Cloudflare's services and sent by email to JG Websites. Cloudflare may process data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies at this time. If that changes, we'll update this policy.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing websites@mylocalleadsnow.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete them.
Questions or complaints about privacy: websites@mylocalleadsnow.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
